A vintage patchwork wall hanging tapestry is made from vintage clothing fabrics and embellished entirely by hand with beads, mirror, sequins, patches and threadwork. The majority of patches are carefully chosen from antique and vintage garments with a lot of passion and eye for detail.

This tapestry was created by fusing several fabrics and employing patchwork made from old bridal saris and Indian traditional clothing. To construct this masterpiece, pieces from all of them have been skillfully combined. Any minor flaw gives the tapestry or runner its own distinctive personality. For maintenance and care, we solely advise dry cleaning. Both hand embroidery and beadwork require a lot of finesse. For this same reason no two Vintage patchwork tapestries are exactly alike.
