Refunds and Exchanges Policy

We hope you enjoy your purchase and cherish it as much as we do, but if for some reason you need to exchange, we are here to assist you. Kindly read the information below:

In-Store Exchange Policy:

We have a 30 day Exchange policy from date of purchase with original proof of purchase (any form of receipt) in a new, unused, and undamaged condition, odorless with tag and barcode intact. There will be no refunds only Exchange. Goods can only be exchanged against other products or credited to a store card. For items purchased on sale or promotional price purchases, only the same product size exchanges will be honored. Any other product exchanges will be at current in-store prices.

                   The Product will not be exchanged under following circumstance:

      1. If the product is without the tag 
      2. If the tag is broken or removed
      3. if its Retagged at the other location  than done by us it will be considered used.
      4. If the product is damaged,
      5. Or non-resaleable condition
      6. Has strong odor, Pet fur
      7. Crushed Conditon
      8. Product Purchase receipt must be shown when requesting for the exchange or store credit, Without receipt the product will not be exchanged
      9. The only item not eligible for exchanges is Jewelry. It will not be accepted under any circumstances due to hygiene reasons. 

Online Exchange:

You can exchange any online purchases in-store within 30 days of your purchase with a copy of your receipt.

Step 1: If you wish to exchange online, please email us at VTrendzLLC@Gmail.com with a copy of your receipt and the reason for the exchange to seek approval. Once your exchange is approved, please ship to the store address:

Step 2: Take your package to the carrier of your choice.

Be sure that all return packages are properly insured and trackable.

Return shipping fees are the customer’s expense.

Keep the tracking information until your return has been processed.

Please include a copy of your receipt along with the returned products. Once the goods are received and checked, within 3-4 business days the refund will be processed to your original mode of payment or you can opt for a store credit for the purchase amount (less original shipping paid) that can be used for any future purchases.Shipping cost is not refundable under any circumstances. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your credit.
