I had an issue with my original order, and I can honestly say this was some of the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. The team responded quickly, communicated clearly throughout the process, and corrected everything without hesitation. I live in Nevada and they’re located in Ohio, so I was especially impressed by how smoothly everything was handled from start to finish. They’re also the only shop I’ve been able to find that carries my favorite essential oils in the specific scent I love, which makes their service even more appreciated. The replacement arrived perfectly, and the extra item included was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch — it truly showed care and intention. Mistakes can happen anywhere; how they’re handled is what matters. VTrendz handled this beautifully. The man working on 10-25-25 was extremely helpful in giving instructions how to properly use a Tibetan singing bowl!!! I purchased one and absolutely LOVE it!! Thank you for all your help! I highly suggest this store. Very organized, clean and knowledgable of products!

The female owner has such a refreshing and peaceful energy about herself that it’s so enjoyable. Shopping has not been very enjoyable for me these past couple of years, especially now that I’m 30 and trying to refine my style. I’m a simple girl who prefers oversized pieces over tight clothes, and I’ve been wanting to incorporate more color without feeling limited by mainstream sizing. At 5’7 with a little shape, shopping can often feel discouraging but my experience at V Trends in North Olmsted Mall was the complete opposite. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such a warm welcome (I believe by the owner), and her energy set the tone. She was so pleasant, knowledgeable, and truly seemed to enjoy helping customers, which is rare these days. She explained that many of their pieces are made from organic, good-quality materials and that their stretchy fabrics make sizing accessible for everyone. The clothing itself is beautiful. I love neutrals, but their pieces offered neutrals with personality patterns and textures that felt fresh and fun. I found items for every part of my life: comfy, oversized pants perfect for my nannying job, boho-inspired rompers and tops that give me cool art-teacher vibes, and even some dressier looks that will be great for church or going out. On top of that, they also carry jewelry and crystals, which added to the unique vibe of the store. The customer service was amazing. She not only helped me find pieces that fit but also brought me a few extras she thought I’d like. That personal touch made the experience so enjoyable. The clothes are definitely tall-girl friendly, and I left feeling excited about my purchases instead of frustrated, which is such a win. I will absolutely be back for more (especially their pants). If you’re in the mall, definitely take a moment to check them out. They’re not far from the food court. Highly recommend!

Not only are the clothes beautifully made and top tier in quality, but they remember your personal style and make suggestions as you browse. If you have not been in to see them, check them out ASAP.
